dressing from scratch so I can use light mayo and Splenda. But I buy bags of pre-shredded cabbage to add to the homemade dressing. Anyway, when the coleslaw container is empty but there is leftover dressing at the bottom of the container, I just add new pre-shredded cabbage and — voila! — a new batch of coleslaw.
