of squirrels here in Brooklyn. There are over 5 million trees in NYC (not just that one tree in the title of a famous novel — A Tree Grows in Brooklyn). Also in Brooklyn is the Squarrel Cafe. I don’t know if that’s a misspelling or a legit alternate spelling of squirrel. But the little bushy-tailed animal is definitely the cafe’s logo as surely as the mermaid is Starbuck’s logo. Squirrels are definitely more organized than me. No doubt about that.
