homemade dinners that can be frozen and then just need to be heated up. I also do a lot of short-cut cooking such as using rotisserie chickens bought already cooked to use the chicken many different ways, similar to your pre-cooked batch of ground beef to use in different ways — the main difference being that you cooked your ground beef and somebody else cooked my chicken.
