I loved the first Joker movie and I love Lady Gaga so I’ll watch it at some point at home.
I’ve been going to movies out in local theaters a lot more lately. Last week, I saw Anora and this Saturday I have plans to go out to see A Real Pain. I hate the idea of no movie theaters in the near future, so I’m supporting two of my local theaters, hoping they will survive. There are far fewer movie theaters now. Many have closed, even in NYC, where we used to have many more movie theaters and it was easy to see any movie that opened screened in a theater. I watch plenty of movies at home like everyone else. But it’s not the same as seeing a movie in a theater. I don’t want that option to disappear completely.
I’m adding Penguin to my list of TV shows to watch.
