Here in the states, SOME of the stadiums approved tailgating, so for many of her concerts, those who couldn't get tickets would go to the tailgate...or the roofs of tall buildings near by...or a parking lot adjacent to the stadium where they could still hear!
and other cities just couldn't handle those crowds, so they wouldn't allow tailgating at all.
i'm not a fan - maybe that's not true, i just don't have feelings one way or the other, but its fun to watch other folks enjoy it so much. like me and Duran Duran back in the day.....lol
