So. The "spoiled boot list" comes from an interview that was given after a certain player (I bet you can guess who) was voted out -- he was asked to give a word he associates with every player and people have noticed that the order he listed the players has corresponded with the boot order exactly.
In the past, if you got kicked off before jury, you went on a trip and only the jury stayed at Ponderosa. But now, everyone just stays at Ponderosa after they leave the game, so a pre-jury player would know the order for the entire game.
