We only had a balance of a little over $2,000 so I just called up and paid it off!

We've owned this house for 25 years. So happy my MIL told us to do Equity Accelerator when we bought the house. It's been totally painless to make an extra principle payment a few times a year. Especially after we refinanced when rates went down.
