probably stay in the past. The world has changed from when these shows originally started and a lot of the actors are not around anymore either. Sometimes you just can't go back and recapture the original magic.

Now I don't mind revivals of the next generation if done correctly a new story is written etc. However going back and having these characters regress just doesn't ring true to me.
