At first they tried to tell me I'd have to see if I could change online and if not, cancel and rebook. On the app, if I tried to change it, it told me to call. And on the website my reservation didn't show up at all. They tried to initially say they couldn't do anything because it was an aw ard flight, but when I pointed out they'd changed it for me on Friday just for a delay, not a cancelation, they were able to do it.
Unfortunately the earlier flight into BWI booked up so I had to take this later one. I'm going to be exhausted at work tomorrow but at least I'll get there eventually. One of my coworkers is off for vacation and the other texted yesterday morning that she has the flu so I'm the only one scheduled to work. 🙃
