and it's land use. Why? All about social and economic justice, impacting ALL Californians who have been frozen out of affordable housing because of our overly restrictive rules (that is changing and fast, people are done with the BS; the Assembly Speaker is coauthoring several of these bills). I asked for this and my boss was happy to add me to the land use team.
I am still our state lead on healthcare, caregiving, elder abuse, LTSS, state budget etc etc.
I just had six bill analyses approved, two on land use relaxing onerous approval rules, two on prior authorization restrictions, one on caregiving for family of choice, and one on telehealth data.
I am sooooo excited.
