SAG retirees do get Medicare (if they met the 40 quarter requirement), plus they can access a Medigap plan. I'm shocked he wasn't using the home health benefit or getting something through their Medigap plan. I mean, they've built retirement homes (there are some in LA of course)...sooo I am even more confused now.
