I saw a tremendous reduction in my inflammation during this month.
Not feeling as great today though because I threw out my back yesterday (unrelated to food) and had trouble falling asleep because I took a 2 hour nap - unintentionally - yesterday afternoon.
Either way, you can reintroduce in any order, so today is just cheese. I put a slice of cheddar on top of the TJ's Spanish Tortilla Omelette. Sadly, the omelette has so much flavor, I could barely taste the cheese :(
Hopefully the cheese isn't triggering. If not, I'll just add back artificial sweetener.
