The game makes you play as Abby for a while which I guess is to make you more sympathetic towards her but, nah. She's just a raging psycho and I hate her. I don't care what her story is. It's an apocalypse, literally EVERYONE has a sob story. I don't know if people watching the show will soften towards her the way game players might have since 1) we've been with Joel and Ellie from the start and love them & 2) no one knew or cared about her dad.
I hate it when shows will do the "But if you'd been with Character X from the start then you'd be on their side" and, yes, that might be true. But I HAVEN'T been with them so I don't give a flip about them. And that psycho beyotch took Pedro Pascal away so I'm TeamEllie. Put Abby's head on a pike for us, girl.
