after not signing in for a bit and then they can't even create a new account. I think some people had luck trying again on a different browser but I'm not sure that works, either. I have a friend -- StarryDreamer -- who has been locked out for a long time now. I don't think it's on purpose. But I also don't know enough to say why it's happening.
