with Harry -- it's the part where everything related to their being a hierarchy where one sibling was treated differently, cannot possibly have been a surprise. And once upon a time, when his PR was a bit more on point, he said he preferred it that way. But now it's become more advantageous to frame himself as a tragic "spare" and... I find this hard to swallow. I do not doubt Megan was unprepared (and I think that's Harry's fault more than hers) and I think Harry was also unprepared -- naive, let's say -- to the racism she encountered. But he certainly knew they were going to be treated differently than Will and Kate, and he absolutely had to know the fact that she was American was going to be a challenge in the British press. This, and anything about William being treated like, you know, the future king... that's not news to Harry. It simply can't be. So I can't shake the feeling that he's being disengenuous and that he was dishonest to the woman he married about what she was getting into.
