Yes, the conversation happened and it wasn’t the bi-racial couple having the conversation. It was two White people wondering if the baby would come out with too much melanin.
And as for the violent shove—their relationship doesn’t negate he physically assaulted him over Meaghan being difficult and rude. Heck, at least she’s not violent to boot.
