continuing education online, part time, would have been exactly the conditions I'd still enjoy teaching under. I would still teach in another country if it gave me a visa.
I've been looking at jobs related to environment/forest preserve/outdoor type stuff so I could later apply to work in state or national parks or something once I had a few years under my belt, or library jobs, or translation. I've toyed with the idea of going into being a paralegal or something like that. But with everything going on in the world, I haven't been job hunting like I should be. :-/
