So strange, my former boss/friend from when I worked at Wegmans....she and her hubby went to Las Vegas on a long awaited vacation. She posted many pics of their adventures and then suddenly.....he had a "medical issue", still not sure what exactly it was/is, but anyway he ended up in a medically induced coma for awhile and my friend was staying in hotels, etc. waiting and waiting. He's conscious now and seems to be doing "better". But still needs a medivac flight if he's going to be able to come back home. They've done all sorts of fund raisers (they own a small floral shop locally and the town has really rallied) and a go fund me to try and raise funds, to keep their business afloat, but mostly to try and get him back here to PA. Pretty sure their story has been on the local news outlets, etc. So scary to fall ill when far away from home!
