Just ordered gutters for the new addition, to include the cover for the patio. Greatly changes the square footage of the house. I wanted a water catchment system and the rep said that they also do gutters, so I agreed to have them do both. (I had my daughter pick out the color for the gutter...or it would have been ugly) Not on the schedule yet, but I'm on the list since I put half down.
I chose the largest water tank they have (1600 gallons), but the rep isn't sure if they have any in stock. With half down, they could start as early as next week.
Just burning through my Tesla money! I still have to find a painter. We've already purchased the simple brown paint and primer for the patio ceiling, rafters, support beams, and anything else that's in bare, blond wood. Yeah, team!
