reading from, so she just doggedly plunged ahead to the next part, which was offering me ways to pay.

I know the problem wasn't inadequate funds in my account; I have enough to make at least 5 payments. I honestly don't know if the hiccup was AB's banking system or my bank's banking system...or did I really type in the wrong account number in the exact same wrong way twice?
