Gabriel was by far the worst villain of the franchise. He was boring. I found myself caring less and less about the entity. But I think what pissed me off the most was when they killed off Ilsa. I know the actress wanted to leave the franchise but she was Ethan's best shot at happiness as she was his match in every way he needed. A person who could take care of herself against Ethan's enemies.
I thought the special fx were cool and the death-defying stunt was nicely done. There needed to be way more action sequences. Normally, MI movies have me on the edge of my seat--not wanting it to end. This movie, I checked my watch a few times.
