We counteroffered $5k less and they accepted. We'll have the inspection Monday and assuming it goes well, closing is July 10th!

i'm just glad your area is doing inspections! around here houses are going so fast, people are WAIVING THE INSPECTIONS so the sellers will choose their offer. WHAT?! why would anyone want to buy a house that could have serious issues a layperson has no idea how to identify??
