concoction on top had a tartness even though the berries were in some kind of syrup. And the whipped cream was not overly sweetened. We had it last night around midnight with coffee after getting home from a swim followed by dinner at a favorite Mexican restaurant. Dinner included several margaritas so I’m not sure if my critical judgment about the cloud cake was slightly impaired. I might need to try it again. I would definitely buy it again.
