no cash offers, but either way, we took a risk with the offer. Because we know we cannot do those high payments and also pay OOP for so much in repairs.

I know I'll have to shell out quite a bit of money for closing, title, appraisal, etc., etc., plus new furniture for the living room AND paying movers. We will also buy a second fridge. I cannot do all of that and the repairs.
