From the time it debut, I have enjoyed it way more than the bachelor or the bachelorette. This week's episode had one of the most awkward moments ever.

In a nutshell, the show features men and women who were contestants on one of the shows. They are brought to a gorgeous resort in Mexico--this season they are in Costa Rica. It's basically another chance at love. The funny thing is, they constantly bring in men/women each episode and it's interesting to see if couples will last or if people will find a stronger connection with someone who just arrived in paradise.

Anywho, this week Justin was joined by his ex Susie. They were friends first and then dated for a year and broke up. This was their first time seeing each other. Feelings are still raw. Now for the awkwardness. They rotate men/women handing out roses and then 4 peeps who don't get a rose--go home. Justin made a kind gesture of offering his ex a rose--so that she could stay in paradise and possibly make a connection with someone else. He called her name, she and everyone else was stunned. She walked over and quietly declined to take it. Oooo weee it was a moment I'm sure he wished the ground opened up and swallowed him. After about 10 seconds, Justin walked off--clearly upset. The host followed him to his room and they discussed what he tried to do. Justin while crying, stated he only tried to honor what they said about always being there for each other. He announced that he was leaving. Susie arrived and asked to talk with him and the host told her he was too upset. Meanwhile, the woman Justin was sorta vibing with was so upset--she walked off too and left the show. Justin asked the host to give the rose to Jill--who also declined it b/c she said she didn't want a pity rose. The rest of the group urged her to accept it and she did. The other 3 women (included Susie) left paradise.

Recently, they launched The Golden Bachelor/Bachelorette and in a surprise--the Goldens have now joined paradise and they are a trip. The youngins' are loving their energy.
