I think it would've been interesting and a more complex story to tell that of a teenager who wanted an abortion against her mother's wishes. Plus, I just kind of hate it when shows do the whole "Oh, look, they thought they wanted an abortion or wanted to give the child up for adoption but see how they've changed their mind and became devoted parents once the baby was born!". That is not realistic for everyone. Some people just truly do not want to be parents. And some times the best thing for all parties involved is for a child to be adopted and not raised by teenagers.
It's absurd that Brady/Theresa are grandparents before Steve/Kayla are.
Joey or Tripp can have a child but I do not want to see Stephanie with a kid. Actually, I'd be happy not seeing Stephanie at all but that's a whole different complaint.
