to an early birthday gift: I went to the Asian Lantern Festival at the zoo. On the actual anniversary of my birth, I took myself out to lunch at a new (in our area--it's apparently a chain) French-Korean bakery, Tous les Jours, and got way too many goodies, then last night was the traditional birthday pizza. Every Tuesday, the pizza place has a BOGO deal, so I got a couple pizzas. Now there's leftover pizza in the fridge AND pizza in the freezer <g>.
I still miss being able to rent DVDs at DDM. They still had DVD rentals for a few years after Blockbuster and Hollywood Video--the latter of which was actually in our town--went under. At least I still have the library!
