there are several really terrible symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, but the one that i'm having a lot of issues dealing with is the RAGE.

i had a day of it last week but blamed it on my super crappy company and today's bout of RAGE can be blamed on nothing at all.

and I've managed to keep my cool at work by not inserting any adjectives into my emails, so it's just, 'the project' and not 'the effing stupid as ish project"
