actually in the S. Land Park neighborhood. I guess because it's east of I-5 but west of Freeport? It's weird.
It's in a cute little micro neighborhood called Z'burg park. Not right near m'Park, but about a five-minute bike ride from the canals and Seymour Parkway.
This mid-century ranch house is awesome. Laid out so well. About 1,600 sf, with a large back yard that includes a nice pergola in the middle of the yard. The yard would be our sanctuary.
The house has been on the market for 3+ weeks. Was priced above $609,000, but they lowered it to $599K.
It needs a few repairs, likely well under $10,000.
The thing is, looking at comparable pricing in the area, this house is over-priced, so we are coming in under asking, mostly as is, except for two small plumbing issues they were aware of but didn't fix.
Anyhoo, I see us happy there. The boys aren't in love, but agree they would enjoy living there.
