kitchen, living room, bedroom. And yep, that’s pricey. But yes, he can probably afford it. Starting salaries for new lawyers in top NYC firms are hovering around $250,000 and it sounds like they really wanted him, plus he is not technically “new” anymore, so he could very well be making more.
