There are some small roof repair needs that must be done to certify the roof. That is near term. We need that for closing.
There is some stuff in the sewer line and the shower pan plus some dry rot underneath have to be repaired. Also the previously mentioned fixes for the hot water heater.
Locks, etc.
In terms of remodeling, immediate tasks will be building closets and creating the family room/extended kitchen area so that it matches how we like to use the area (we love to hang out on the stool area by the kitchen counter).
Anyhoo...I think repairs will be less than expected but not as low as maybe I initially thought. We will see though.
