It's a lot of work leading up to it. It's a lot of work cleaning up afterward.

I was surprised at how instantly our friends and family were like "Yes, absolutely we should go out for Thanksgiving Dinner!" and some even saying, "I can't believe you've been hosting for this long." I guess it helps that most of us are old, lol.

My older daughter said she wishes she had the space to take over hosting because she would love to.
