The birds LOVE the two feeders I have out now. A mama cardinal landed on the deck as I was typing this :)
If you don't have the Merlin app yet, get it! I have found SO many birds in my neighborhood! Eastern bluebirds, white throated sparrow, house finch, American goldfinch, and my favorite, the dark eyed junco. Although I haven't seen that one in a while. I also have a couple different woodpeckers and there's a red shouldered hawk flying around too.
I really want to get a birdhouse, I just need to pick one out. And one that's sparrow-resistant, I had NO idea that those cuties were the a-holes of nature! I'm probably going to get a bluebird/finch house.
