I still have the letter you wrote me yeeeeears ago when you went to the festival and got me something (I think maple candy? man I love maple candy). Funny enough, I actually found it in a drawer last night when I was looking for something!
I do like the real stuff though the Log Cabin stuff is fine to me too. I had a latte sweetened with maple syrup at the end of February - my friend and I went to the Philly Flower Show and after went to the Reading Terminal Market and one of the coffee places makes their own syrup including maple and you could tell it was made with the REAL stuff. It was so good, I wish there was somewhere nearby that had it. I suppose I could go and buy some real syrup and use that, lol. I might actually have a little jar from Trader Joe's...hmmm. Maybe I'll use it in my coffee tomorrow!
