If I don't remember the name of someone, I usually ask and say I'm really bad with names and apologise instead of calling them Ashley.

But...it does work in case they're unhappy about something out of your control :)

I didn't know anything about the Met Gala issue until Sunday. It's usually a quick scroll through EW the following morning for the outfits, but I'm just not giving them the clicks and ad revenue for the coverage this year.
