do they have incredibly good-looking furniture for very inexpensive prices? YES! but you pay for the quality you get.

i have a tufted headboard and bench style seat with storage (also tufted!) that have lasted for well over 10 years, save the corner of the bench the cats liken to scratch.

We have bought 2 entry way tables, and one of them is perfect in every way still - and the other, bought a few years later has completely broken at the bottom.

Your sister may have better luck with second hand - especially if she can find them at a store. my biggest issue with buying furniture online is not being able to SEE IT and FEEL IT.

everything seems to go together with included alan wrenches, and sometimes the holes aren't lined up properly. Hubby has had to drill holes to get some pieces together, so that's a real negative.
