Their assembly fees are too high; but, my daughter and I knew that we'd be sitting on the box instead of the sofa for months if we hadn't hired someone to assemble it. The person we hired gave us his contact information and said that we should call him directly and save some money.

We assembled other furniture as a "family project." Those weren't from Wayfair, but they were also Allen wrench heavy.

I'd order from them again.
