Sonny emerges from the front of the van.
Luke emerges from the front of the van.

Alexis stirs
Alexis stirs, moaning slightly in pain. Blinking to clear her vision, her eyes flutter open.What happens next?
''Mama?'' she whispers. ''Am I dead?''
Kristen shakes her head and mouths to her daughter ''No darling, you are alive, I will protect you.''
Alexis begins to babble, spewing out questions at a rapid rate, her breathing becoming erratic, ''How? Where have you been? Why haven't you come?'' she starts gasping for breath.
Kristen takes her face in her hand, lays a finger on her lips and takes deep breaths, exaggerating the action to encourage her daughter to do the same.
Kristen looks to the front of the van and beckons one of the men to come back and see to Alexis.
