Courtney comes out from the shadows and says
Jason heads back to Courtney's to tell her what happened.

Jason follows the man to find that it is Ric, Sonny's brother...
What happens next?Ric is cowering behind a trashcan too scared to think straight. Jason knows if he tells Sonny, Sonny will waffle about killing him again. Jason knows he has to kill him but hates to just shoot a shaking unarmed man. Instead he throws another gun at Ric to make it a fair fight and waits till Ric finally gets the nerve to pick up and aim the gun. He shoots his in the head, wipes all the prints off the guns and tosses him into the water.
