he declines but still promises not to hurt Liz

Jason and Ric then go to a table& start talking about a Deal
What happens next?Although Jason still Doesn't like Ric, he decideds to help him anyways.
Jason: ook i will talk to sunny and try to get him to give you another chance. but you have to promise me that no matter what happens you will not hurt Elizabeth. that is the deal.
Ric: i promise i will not hurt liz but i am not sure i still want the job.
