Sonny goes to see Zander in his hospital room

Sonny reaches Zanders hospital room and leans in to see Emily sitting beside Zander with her head on his lap. ''Uh excuse me Emily, can I have a few minutes along with- uh Zander'' Emily got up and wiped the tears away from her eyes and walks towards Sonny and slapped him with all of her might, ''Sonny you did this to Zander! How could you! after all he has done for you and Carly!'' Sonny rubs his face and raises his voice, ''Zander is MY SON! Now leave us alone!'' Emily cries and runs out the room leaving Zander and Sonny alone

What happens next?
Zander wakes up as Sonny calls his name
Zander's heart moniter goes flat
