Nicholas suffers a breakdown

''Nicholas please don't shoot yourself.'' yelled Stefan.
''Why shouldn't I?!'' yelled Nicholas who was holding a gun to his head, ''or should I am this at me heart?''
2 months later....
''How is he doing?'' asked Luke and Lucky.
''Well Mr.Cassadine did suffer the worst case of a nervous breakdown and he shows no signs of getting better.'' said Alan.
What happens next?
Lucky tries to talk to Nicholas
Nicholas starts to show signs of improvement
