Kristina seemed to suddenly look just as programmed as AJ had just looked

“Kristina?” Jax noticed the chance immediately. Her expression drained from her face and her eyes glazed. “Dammit!” he shouted. “The box!”

AJ and Skye both looked confused. AJ was still trying to make sense of his surroundings as his mind returned. “What’s going on?” he mumbled, his eyes falling on Kristina. The last thing he could recall was blowing up at her in his car. His brow furrowed with regret. Kristina looked like she was in shock. He felt slightly dazed himself. He reached out for Skye’s arm to steady himself. “What happened? Kristina…”

Jax grabbed the box from Kristina’s hands, closing the lid and handing it to Skye.

“That’s why Helena put it where she would find it,” he cursed the Cassadine witch. “She knew Kristina would try to save him… and unknowingly damn herself if she ever did.”

Skye stared at the girl. “You mean she’s under Helena’s spell now, instead of AJ?”

“WHAT?” AJ gaped at his sister, then at Kristina who seemed eerily detached.

“Helena made sure she’d lose no matter what,” Jax sighed.

AJ moved to Kristina, staring right at her, but she stared right through him. “Kristina, I love you. Come back to me.”

What happens next?
AJ reaches out to touch her, but Kristina suddenly takes off.
