Sonny stands there in shock

Sonny's hand went to his chin. ''What do you mean. He's my brother? That's crazy''
''No. It's not,'' insisted Penny. ''DNA testing will prove everything.''
''Tests can be rigged,'' Sonny said, coldly.
''Do you honestly believe someone would rig a test that you ordered?'' Penny asked.
That appealed to Sonny's pride. ''Ok. For argument's sake, let's say he is my brother. How many illegitimate kids does Mike have running around? I just found out about Courtney, for crying out loud.''
Ric grimaced. ''It wasn't Mike.'' he said, his voice faint, but firm. He clutched at his wound.
Sonny's dark eyes flashed angrily. ''What are you talking about, Ric? If it wasn't my father, it had to be...''
''You and Sonny have the same mother,'' Penny explained. ''She never talked about it, but she did have a love affair after you were born and she did have a baby that she gave up for adoption. You thought she was sick.''
Realization hit Sonny. ''She was away for a little while, but I was told she was sick. No. My mother wouldn't... she couldn't...''
''It's the truth, Sonny,'' Ric said, stumbling forward, falling to his knees on the docks. ''I'll agree to DNA testing.''
Carly stepped forward and said...

What happens next?
''Oh my God. Sonny. If Ric's your brother, that's like... a miracle...''
''Oh my God. You mean...'' She whispered.. ''I may be carrying Sonny's nephew?''
