jason goes and murders her knowing everybody will be happy for wat he did

Jason realizes that Coleman has taken advantage of Liz and instead of killing her (which he thought of under the influence of drugs), that he should nurse her back to health.

They fly out to Sonny's island and renew their friendship and romance.

Jason forgets he ever heard of Courtney and this pleases Elizabeth--although, not as much as Jason PLEASES ;) her.

They get married in the same church that Sonny and Carly renewed their vows in.

They both decide never to return to Port Charles and live out the rest of their lives together on the beautiful island.

What happens next?
Sonny/Carly?
Carly/Lorenzo?
