'She' was not specified and is therefore Courtney.What happens next?
Courtney realizes that Jason will forever love Elizabeth.
At Jake's she decides to drown her sorrows over a bottle of vodka. While drinking, the Juke Box plays, ''I Believe I Can Fly.''
In her drunken state, she gets an idea and drives out towards the nearest cliff. Due to the alcohol she believes the song and decides to jump off the cliff and fly far away from Port Charles.
She dies, instead.
