Penny took out her video camera and began to film Sonny's secret meeting

As Penny turned her camera on she was grabbed from behind by Max, Sonny's henchman.
Max: Look what I found boss
Sonny: Penny, what the hell do you think your doin? Tell me who you are with, now!
Penny: I was recruited by Ric Lansing.
Sonny: My lawyer?
Jason: I told you, Sonny, that he was no good.
Penny: Yes he works for the WSB, and he really hates you.
Sonny: Well thats it boys, meeting adjourned. Jason take care of Ric. Max, Johnny, dispose of this little girl.

What happens next?
Ric telling Carly that she is carrying his baby.
Jax crashing his Jet on route to Malibu.
