What happens next?He went to Zander to try and help him stop the bleeding and asked Nikolas to call 911. Nikolas did even though he was still confused and suspicious of both of them. Is he really yours and Helenas? Nikolas held his breath waiting for the answer. Believe what you want. Sonny had no interest in Zander and Nikolas bonding as family. In fact he wasn't really sure he wanted him and Zander bonding since he knew Zander had slept with Carly.
