It is Sonny's baby

Sam finds out that it is sonny's. She is oo excited. When Sonny finds out he is happy too. But Carly not soo happy. Jason had wished it was his, but he told sam that she could stay with him and he will father it like it was his own child.

Months go by and it turns out that kristina needs a bone marrow transplant. Sonny, alexis, and morgan do not match her type. Sam's baby is the only one who can save kristina. At this point Sam's baby is due in 2 weeks. Alexis confronts her and starts to scream and yell at her, trying to convince her to enduce labor so kristina can be saved. Sam refuses then she collapses.

What happens next?
Sam is fine and is recovering
