Courtney slaps Penny

Courtney was shocked, without knowing she slapped penny across her face.
Penny- I am so sorry, please forgive me...
Courtney- He is my BROTHER, and you were supposed to my friend!
penny- i know and courtney i am so sorry, i told mac that i couldn't do it
Courtney- i trusted you, you were one of my bridesmaids at my wedding, and all along you were trying to bring my brother down
Penny- i don't know what to say, please... i am a good cop, and after seeing Sonny with you and his wife and son, he didn't seem so bad
Courtney- and now i am supposed to forgive you, penny i HAVE to tell Sonny and Jason
Penny-please don't!
Courtney- i have to Sonny is my brother and Jason is my husband
Courtney left penny to find Sonny, she still didn't know what she was going to say to him

What happens next?
Courtney told Sonny about Penny
Sonny and Jason found out on their own and confronted Penny
